The SANAHUNT Club loyalty program is a hybrid system with point accumulation, seasonal discounts, and gamification elements. It is designed to make your purchases not only enjoyable but also provide additional benefits.

By joining the program, you will be able to:

• Accumulate points for each purchase and use them for payment in future orders.
• Enjoy exclusive discounts and offers.
• Receive unique bonuses and privileges depending on your program level.

Point Accumulation

How to earn points
Earn points by shopping on our website or in the offline store.

• 1 point = 1 hryvnia (pointback).
  Note: We replaced the term cashback with pointback upon legal advice to avoid potential questions and misunderstandings with tax authorities.
• The percentage of points accrued depends on your level in the loyalty program.

Point Accrual Terms

Each loyalty program level corresponds to a specific purchase amount. Status and pointback percentage are assigned based on the total purchase amount made on sanahunt.com and at the Sanahunt Luxury Department Store at 8/16 Hrushevskoho Street (a joint marketing event with LLC "ANGELIT TRADE", EDRPOU code 44310013) over the last 12 months. At the beginning of a new cycle, the purchase amount does not reset.

• Bronze: the initial level available to all clients after registration. No pointback is accrued at this level.
• Silver: activated with purchases totaling from 100,000 UAH to 999,999 UAH over 12 months and provides 5% pointback.
• Gold: available with purchases totaling from 1,000,000 UAH to 1,999,999 UAH over 12 months and provides 7% pointback.
• Platinum: available with purchases totaling from 2,000,000 UAH over 12 months and provides 10% pointback.

Pointback is credited on the 15th day after a purchase is made.

Pointback Usage

How to use accumulated pointback
You can use accumulated pointback when shopping on the website by selecting the "use available pointback" option in the cart. Pointback can also be used in the Sanahunt Luxury Department Store at 8/16 Hrushevskoho Street by informing the cashier of your desire to apply it and providing a QR code from your personal account.

Which goods or services can be purchased with pointback
Pointback can be used to pay up to 20% of the cost of non-discounted goods (new collection, non-discounted items). For beauty products, up to 10% of the purchase cost can be covered with pointback.
* Payment with pointback, here and throughout the text, means obtaining a discount equivalent to the number of accumulated pointback points

Pointback Usage Restrictions
Pointback cannot be used on discounted or promotional items. Pointback also does not apply to the purchase of gift cards.

Member Privileges

The program includes four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum, each offering unique privileges and discounts.

Bronze (0 UAH)

• Welcome Gift -10%: Immediately after registration, the client receives Bronze status and a welcome discount of 10%, valid for 60 days. The discount is one-time and cannot be combined with other offers.

Silver (100,000 UAH, 5% pointback)

• Birthday Gift: 5,000 points
• Favourite Brand: 10% discount
• Atelier: 10% discount (one-time)

Gold (1,000,000 UAH, 7% pointback)

• Birthday Gift: 10,000 points + a gift
• Favourite Brand: 10% discount
• Atelier (permanent discount): 5% 
• Exclusive Pre-Sale
• Exclusive pointback

Platinum (2,000,000 UAH, 10% pointback)

• Birthday Gift: 15,000 points + a gift
• Favourite Brand: 10% discount
• Atelier (permanent discount): 15%

Detailed Privileges:

1. Welcome Gift -10%: Immediately after registration, the client receives Bronze status and a welcome discount of 10%, valid for 60 days. The discount is one-time and cannot be combined with other offers.

2. Birthday Gift: Seven days before their birthday, the client receives a gift from SANAHUNT — 5,000/10,000/15,000 points (depending on the current level) in their SANAHUNT CLUB account, which can be used as pointback (1 point = 1 UAH). Validity period – 14 days from the date of accrual. Additionally, the client will receive an individual gift from SANAHUNT — an exclusive surprise that can be picked up in-store or ordered online. To receive the gift, the birth date must be specified in the client's personal account.

3. Atelier: As part of the SANAHUNT CLUB program, members receive a one-time or permanent discount on atelier services (e.g., individual alterations or tailoring).

4. Favourite Brand: a one-time discount on a favorite brand. To use it, simply choose your favorite brand. The discount is valid once and does not combine with other promotions or offers.

5. Exclusive Pre-Sale: Program members get early access to seasonal discounts. This means the client can be the first to purchase items with seasonal discounts before they officially go on sale. This privilege is available to Gold and Platinum level members.

6. Exclusive pointback: Gold and Platinum level members receive exclusive conditions for pointback accrual. Clients will receive an increased percentage of pointback for purchases made during specific promotions, events, product categories, or certain brands.

7. Exclusive reservation: Extended reservation allows holding an item for a longer period (48 hours) than standard reservation. Available for Platinum level members. 

Rules and Restrictions

How is pointback accrued?
SANAHUNT CLUB members accumulate pointback with each purchase depending on their level, starting from the SILVER level.

When is pointback credited?
Pointback is credited on the 15th day after a purchase is made.

For which goods does pointback apply?
Accumulated pointback can be used to pay for any non-discounted items.

What part of the purchase can be paid with pointback?
Pointback covers up to 10% of the cost for beauty products and up to 20% of the cost for other items.

How to use pointback?
To use pointback, select the "use available pointback" option in the cart or provide a QR code from your personal account to the cashier at the Sanahunt Luxury Department Store.

How to increase your level?
The SANAHUNT CLUB member level increases based on the total purchase amount over the last 365 days:

• BRONZE — initial level available upon registration.
• SILVER — from 100,000 UAH to 999,999 UAH
• GOLD — from 1,000,000 UAH to 1,999,999 UAH
• PLATINUM — from 2,000,000 UAH

When is the level activated?
Each level is activated on the 15th day after the last purchase that was made to reach the required amount for that level.

Can my level decrease?

The level is maintained if the total purchase amount over the last 12 months is at least 20% of the threshold required for the current level. If this amount is not met, the level may be downgraded to the previous one.

Can pointback be used to purchase gift certificates? 

No, pointback cannot be used to pay for gift certificates.

Can I use pointback and pay for a purchase with a gift certificate? 

Yes, you can use pointback to pay for part of a purchase, and the remaining amount can be paid with a gift certificate.

Are pointback accrued for atelier services? 

No, pointback is not accrued for atelier services as it is not a product purchase.

Can atelier services be paid with pointback?

No, you cannot use accumulated pointback to pay for atelier services.

When do pointback points expire?

Pointback expires after 180 days. 

Will I receive a notification about point accrual or deduction?
Yes, you will receive a notification about point accrual or deduction.
However, in your profile, you can configure whether to receive SMS notifications or not.

Can I partially use PointBack for a purchase?
Partial use of PointBack is not possible. You can apply bonuses within the maximum allowable amount – up to 20% of the purchase price.
