Exchange return

If the size or model does not fit you, you can easily exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To exchange, you must first make a return of the previous product.


How to make a refund

You need to fill in:

• an application for the return of goods indicating the reason;

• Act of return of goods.

Additionally, you must provide:

• document confirming the purchase of goods: bill of lading or cash receipt;

• document proving your identity;

• a receipt on the return of funds (in case of cash settlement).


Requirements for Returnable Goods

To return, you need to provide the goods in its original form: without damage or signs of use, with original labels, tags and in the original packaging. If the product was purchased in a kit, it must be returned in full.

The rules for returning goods purchased from the Sanahunt online store are regulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights."

We reserve the right not to accept returned goods if they were delivered to our warehouse after a 14-day period, or if the condition of the goods is different from the one in which you received them.


Exchange / Return of goods within Kiev and the suburban area

You can make an exchange or refund at the Sanahunt Luxury Department Store, located at: st. M. Grushevsky, 8/16.

The Sanahunt Luxury Department Store is open every day from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 20:00, or until the last customer.

If you plan to make an exchange, contact us at (044) 377 79 77. A contact center stylist will reserve goods for you that will be waiting for you at the store's cash desk.


Exchange / Return of goods in Ukraine

You can make an exchange / refund:

• by calling a courier of a transport company;

• at the nearest courier service;


To obtain details and documents for processing an exchange / return, please contact us by phone (044) 377 79 77. In the event of an exchange, the return shipping costs are borne by the Sanahunt online store, in case of a return, the client.

If you plan to make an exchange, the contact center stylist will reserve the goods for you and send it after receiving the return.


A refund

After receiving the return and confirming that the requirements for the returned goods are met, we will refund your money.

Refunds are made in the same way that you paid for the order.

Please note that when paying with a bank card, the period for refund depends on the policy of the institution that issued the card.
