Delivery of Goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine*. Delivery of Goods is at the expense of the online store Owner. Delivery within the city of Kyiv and to the suburbs of Kyiv within a 20 km radius is carried out by the online store’s delivery service within 1–2 calendar days from order confirmation. The exact delivery time and date are agreed upon with the Customer via electronic or mobile communication.
Delivery across Ukraine is carried out by the online store’s partner— a courier service—within 2–7 calendar days from order confirmation, depending on the delivery region.
Goods are delivered in the online store’s branded packaging. Additionally, the packaged goods are placed in a branded shipping box to provide extra protection against damage and prevent third-party access to the goods. The documents for the Goods are placed in the pocket of the shipping box. A seal is obligatorily affixed along the center of the seam on the rear side of the shipping box lid.
Upon receipt of the Goods, the Customer must check the integrity of the branded shipping box and verify the presence of the seal confirming that the box has not been opened by third parties. The Customer must also check for the presence of the documents for the Goods.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges of Goods, as well as refunds, are performed at the Customer Service Center in accordance with the procedure and time limits specified by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and by this section of the Rules.
Returns or exchanges of Goods at locations where courier delivery is provided are carried out by the online store’s courier service or by the Customer contacting the Customer Service Center. Returns or exchanges of Goods in regions where delivery is only by postal shipments are carried out via a postal service.
To return or exchange Goods, the Buyer sends a corresponding written request to the Customer Service Center at Kyiv, 8/16 M. Hrushevskoho St. The online store reviews the request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt. Refunds are made provided that the Customer presents a passport, documents confirming the purchase (cash receipt, delivery note, POS terminal receipt, bank receipt with a payment mark), the Goods being returned, as well as a completed goods return act and a refund application. Refunds for Goods are made exclusively in the manner used by the Buyer when paying, subject to the exceptions provided in these Rules.
All goods purchased in the online store are covered by the Seller’s warranty. The warranty period is indicated in the warranty card issued at the time of purchase. The Customer must carefully study the conditions for early termination of the warranty.
Differences in actual design elements such as color, shape, or finish of the Goods from those stated in the description on the Website do not affect the quality of the Goods and do not constitute a breach of the terms of the Public Agreement. The online store considers claims related to inadequate quality of Goods only in cases where such Goods contain an obvious (hidden) manufacturing defect.
Return of Goods of proper quality is possible within the time limits provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights,” provided that the Goods have not been used, have retained their marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, and labels, and are accompanied by the documents issued together with the Goods at the time of purchase. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment the Goods are handed over to the Customer (excluding the day of purchase), the Buyer may return the Goods if they do not suit the Buyer in terms of color, size, style, shape, dimensions, or for other reasons cannot be used for their intended purpose, or may exchange Goods of proper quality for similar Goods from the Seller.
Exchange of non-defective Goods is carried out only by agreement with the online store and only for Goods that are in stock. Return of non-defective Goods is possible only if the Goods have not been used and their consumer properties, marketable condition, factory labels, accessories, and accompanying documents have been preserved. The Buyer must notify the online store of their intention to return the Goods within three (3) days from the date of receipt of the Goods. To exchange Goods, the item must be presented in its original packaging in marketable condition, together with the warranty card and documents confirming the purchase (cash receipt, delivery note, POS terminal receipt, bank receipt with a payment mark).
If, at the time of exchange, similar Goods are not available for sale, the Buyer has the right either to purchase any other goods from the available assortment with an appropriate recalculation of the price, or to receive a refund in the amount of the price of the returned Goods, or to exchange the Goods for similar Goods upon the first arrival of the relevant Goods for sale, of which the Buyer will be notified by the online store.
The list of Goods of proper quality that are not subject to return is approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine “On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights’” dated 19 March 1994, No. 172.
If, within the warranty period, significant defects caused by the manufacturer of the Goods are found, or the Goods are counterfeit, confirmed, if necessary, by an expert opinion, the Buyer, in the manner and within the time limits established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right, at their own discretion, to demand from the Seller:
- termination of the agreement and a refund of the amount paid for the Goods;
- replacement with the same Goods, or free rectification of defects.
The Buyer’s claims are not subject to satisfaction if the Seller, based on an expert opinion, proves that the defects of the Goods arose due to the Buyer’s violation of the rules for using the Goods or the conditions of their storage. The Seller refunds the cost of returned Goods to the Buyer no later than ten (10) banking days from the date the Seller receives the Buyer’s written application with all accompanying documents and the returned Goods, provided that complete and correct details are supplied.
Courier delivery costs in the event of exchange or return of Goods are borne by the Seller.
Refund Request and Goods Return Act
The Refund Request and the Goods Return Act are completed using the form available at: https://sanahunt.com/return-form and constitute an integral part of these Rules.
