RULES FOR THE USE OF GIFT CARDS:

The issuance and servicing (providing a discount) of Gift Cards are carried out by LLC

1. TERMS AND ABBREVIATIONS

1.1. The terms and abbreviations in these Rules are used as follows:

1.1.1. «Gift Card» - a code confirming the Buyer’s right to receive a discount within the nominal value of the Gift Card when purchasing goods or services from the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE online store. The Gift Card with a unique code is sent to the client’s specified email address. The unique code is subsequently activated in the personal account on the website.

1.1.2. «Nominal Value of the Gift Card» - the nominal value of the Gift Card specified in the national currency of Ukraine, which determines the maximum discount amount.

1.1.3. Online store SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE - an online platform operated by the Seller under the SANAHUNT brand.

1.1.4. «Goods» – goods and/or a group of goods sold in the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE online store that can be purchased by the Buyer with a discount using a Gift Card.

1.1.5. «Discount» - a discount on goods purchased by the Buyer from the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE online store using a Gift Card.

1.1.6. «Buyer» - a person who has purchased a Gift Card from the Seller. The Buyer has the right to transfer the Gift Card to any third party, who then assumes all rights and obligations under these Rules. The right to restore the Gift Card transfers to the third party only if they have all the necessary documents as specified in these Rules.

1.1.7. «Seller» - LLC «Deira-Trade» or another entity properly authorized by LLC «Deira-Trade».

1.1.8. «Third Party» - a person who possesses the Gift Card.

1.1.9. «Information Database» - a database containing information about Gift Cards issued by the Seller, such as the issuance date, nominal value, code, expiration date, and terms of use.

1.1.10. Acceptance Certificate – an email containing the Gift Card with a unique code, sent to the Buyer’s specified email address. It confirms receipt of the Gift Card and provides key details about its usage and expiration.

2. ISSUANCE OF GIFT CARDS

2.1. A Gift Card is issued by the Seller upon concluding a purchase agreement with the Buyer, receiving payment, and entering the relevant information into the Information Database.

2.2. Gift Cards may be sold directly by the Seller or by authorized persons. The legality of the sale is confirmed by entering the relevant information into the Seller's Information Database.

2.3. If trademarks or identifiers of the Buyer or third parties are used on Gift Cards, the Buyer (or the relevant third party) must provide the Seller with documentation confirming the trademark owner’s consent.

2.4. If the trademark owner submits claims to the Seller regarding trademark use on Gift Cards, the Buyer resolves such claims at their expense and compensates the Seller for any documented losses, unless the claims arise due to the Seller’s misuse of the trademark.

3. USE OF GIFT CARDS

3.1. The Buyer may transfer Gift Cards to third parties at their discretion.

3.2. The Seller does not verify the legality of transactions conducted by third parties using the Gift Card. The possession of a Gift Card and its activation in the personal account before purchase serves as grounds for a discount, provided there are no indications of fraud.

3.3. The Seller is not responsible for sales to third parties using a Gift Card purchased by the Buyer, provided the Rules are observed.

3.4. The validity of the Gift Card begins as stated in the purchase agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.

3.5. The expiration date is stated in the Acceptance Certificate. The Gift Card cannot be used for discounts after its expiration date.

3.6. Buyers transferring the Gift Card to third parties must inform them of the validity period and usage rules.

3.7. If the Gift Card is not activated before its expiration, the Seller's obligations are considered fulfilled, and no refunds are issued.

3.8. Specific terms for using Gift Cards during promotions or other campaigns in the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE are described in the respective rules of such campaigns. The Seller reserves the right to restrict Gift Card use in such cases.

3.9. The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Gift Card lies with the Buyer (or the respective third party) from the moment the Acceptance Certificate is signed.

3.10. When purchasing a Gift Card directly from the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE, the Acceptance Certificate may not be issued upon the Buyer’s agreement. In this case, the risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Buyer once the card is paid for.

3.11. Discounts within the nominal value of the Gift Card are valid only in the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE online store.

4. DISCOUNTS

4.1. The Buyer is entitled to a discount on goods sold in the SANAHUNT LUXURY DEPARTMENT STORE, up to the nominal value of the Gift Card.

4.1.1. If the value of the purchased goods is equal to or less than the nominal value of the Gift Card, the Buyer must pay an additional fee of 10 UAH.

4.1.2. If the value of the purchased goods exceeds the nominal value of the Gift Card, the Buyer pays the difference without any additional fees.

4.2. In case of early termination of the purchase agreement, the discount provided based on the Gift Card is not refunded. Only the additional payment, as specified in sections 4.1.1 and 4.1.2, is refunded.

4.3. The purchase agreement can be terminated based on the provisions of Ukrainian law.

4.4. The Seller's obligation to provide discounts is limited to the Gift Card's validity period, nominal value, product assortment, and store hours.

5. LIABILITY AND DISPUTES

5.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. Unresolved disputes are subject to legal proceedings under Ukrainian law.

5.2. The discount is valid only after the activation of the Gift Card code in the personal account on the website. If the code is lost, the Buyer may request a replacement, provided valid documents and proof of purchase are presented.

5.3. Refunds for lost or unused Gift Cards within the validity period are not provided.

5.4. The Seller is not responsible for the consequences of loss or transfer of the Gift Card to a third party by the Buyer.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Rules and will notify changes via the website or store announcements.

6.2. Buyers and third parties must adhere to these Rules and acknowledge them upon purchasing a Gift Card.

6.3. These Rules constitute an adhesion contract under Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Buyers (or third parties possessing the Gift Card) agree to these Rules and undertake to comply with them.
