For best results, use 3–5 times per week. Cleanse your face with a MZ SKIN cleanser and pat dry, then apply a moisturiser or facial oil to help the Gua Sha glide smoothly. Hold the tool with the curved side against your face and glide gently upwards and outwards, starting at the neck, jawline, chin and around the mouth, then across the cheeks, under the eyes, and along the forehead.

Before and after use, clean the roller with alcohol, rinse under hot water, and pat dry before storing in its velvet pouch.
