Method of application
Before lighting your candle:
• Trim the wick to a height of 0.5 to 1 cm from the wax surface. Place the candle on a stable surface, away from heat and drafts, to ensure even melting.
While the candle is lit:
• Let the candle burn until the surface wax has completely melted (about 2 hours). This will prevent the wax from tunneling down around the wick.
• Never move a candle while it is burning or while the wax is still liquid.
Extinguishing and storing your candle
• You can blow out the candle gently or use a snuffer.
• Don’t move the candle until the wax has hardened again.
• To prepare the candle for its next use, use tweezers to dip the wick into the wax, then straighten it back out. If needed, re-center the wick while the wax is still melted.
• Store your candle in a cool, dark place.
• We recommend keeping it in a closet to delicately scent your linen.
