A center of prayer, the Koutoubia overlooks a vibrant medina surrounded by its city walls and palm trees. On the horizon and beyond this monument, a symbol of Marrakech, are the snow-capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains. The sublimated glass of the Koutoubia candle lets the flame appear, illuminating the décor like an orientalist canvas.

Light a candle and let it burn until the wax is liquid. When the wax is completely melted, do not let the candle burn for more than one hour. The top layer of liquid wax should not exceed 1 cm in height. The candle must not burn longer than the maximum burning time specified in the instructions for the candle. Also, do not let the candle burn out completely, leaving 1 centimeter below. Extinguish the candle by blowing on it a little.
